How to Submit Community Service Hours 

• Complete the Community Service Form with signature at your community service event
• Login to your Aeries Student Portal
• Go to “Service Learning” (under Student Info)
• Select “Add New Service Learning Recipient” if needed
  • Once you add a recipient you will not need to repeat this step
• Select desired recipient or input new information
• Go to “Service Learning Log”
• Enter your community service information for the selected “Recipient”
• Hit “Save Record”
• Upload a photo of your signed Community Service Form
• Check your completed & required hours on the main Service Learning Page

Common Questions:

• Blood Donation equals 5 hours community service.
• Approved organizations include any government agency, school, church, or organization that has a confirmed non-profit designation.
• Purchasing items or donating items of monetary value are not accepted forms of community service.
• Paying for a trip to serve hours in a foreign country is not normally acceptable. See your administrator if you have questions.
• Submitting your signed community service document on the Google Form is the only way to receive credit. This will allow the student confirmation an electronic copy of submission and allows the student to keep their signed forms. See your teacher or administrator for assistance.

Can't find a specific group or agency? Any group that is a non-profit agency or government entity will qualify. If you are not sure, see your administrator or the Records Office.
