AGHS Prom Attendees,
Since you have purchased your Under the Stars Prom ticket, you will be required to complete the MANDATORY COVID Screening on Wednesday, May 12, 2021.


***As of May 10, 2021, if you are fully vaccinated and received your last shot on or before April 27, 2021, you will be required to show your vaccination card on May 12th in lieu of the COVID screening. Please schedule your screening appointment, bring your vaccine card in at that time.****
The date of the test is also mandatory to comply with the regulations that tests must be scheduled within a certain amount of time before the event and results received within that time period.

Students, please watch the video. You will need to register to take the test. You will also need to schedule your appointment time through the AGHS Webstore.

COVID Screening for Senior Prom

Appointments Required
Testing Mandatory (***except if fully vaccinated) 

1. Register for your appointment time, scheduled for May 12, 2021 on the AGHS Webstore
2. Complete the COVID Testing Registration
   1. Complete the info, answer honestly, mark NO INSURANCE since LMUSD has paid for the tests
3. Arrive on Time for your appointment at the AGHS Gym.
